Photograph it. We'll name it.
Chains, brackets, remotes, motors, headrails, end caps — send a photo and we'll identify the part, check stock and quote the repair. We re-cord and repair most makes, including blinds we didn't fit.
- Photograph the part straight on, with something for scale (a coin works).
- If it's a remote or motor, include any model number you can see.
- Already a customer? Quote your IB- reference — your product record tells us the exact part.
